Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d) at GOPA Tech GmbH

Join GOPA Tech GmbH as a Commercial Project Manager. Manage international consultancy contracts, prepare proposals, and handle client correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of international consultancy contracts
• Preparing price quotations for proposals
• Preparing contracts for clients, partners, and freelancers
• Invoicing clients
• Checking and processing incoming invoices, project expenses, as well as local petty cash accounts
• Correspondence with clients, experts, and partner companies

Requirements

• Successfully completed apprenticeship in the commercial field or business studies with professional experience of more than 5 years / knowledge in a similar position; preferably project business
• Excellent written and spoken command of English, French is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite
• Independent and methodical way of working
• Good knowledge of accounting principles
• ERP experience
