About the Position
Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d)
GOPA Tech GmbH is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to oversee international consultancy contracts, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Commercial management of international consultancy contracts
- Preparing price quotations for proposals
- Preparing contracts for clients, partners, and freelancers
- Invoicing clients
- Checking and processing incoming invoices, project expenses, as well as local petty cash accounts
- Correspondence with clients, experts, and partner companies
Requirements
- Successfully completed apprenticeship in the commercial field or business studies with professional experience of more than 5 years / knowledge in a similar position; preferably project business
- Excellent written and spoken command of English, French is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Independent and methodical way of working
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- ERP experience
Nice to Have
- Advanced knowledge of French
