About the Position
We’re looking for a proactive Commercial Representative who is eager to learn and ready to step up into a Sales Lead role.
The Challenge
You’ll support both outbound and inbound sales-researching prospects, reaching out via LinkedIn, email, and phone, qualifying inquiries, and helping book demos.
Along the way, you’ll master modern sales techniques, leverage AI-powered tools, and grow into a leadership position in our fast-paced SaaS startup.

Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong desire to learn-mindset matters more than experience
- Excellent written and verbal English (other languages a plus)
- Comfort prospecting via email, phone, and social media
- Interest in using AI-driven sales tools (e.g., sequence automation, lead scoring)
- Team player who collaborates easily with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams

Salary and Conditions
Location: Funchal, PT
Salary up to: 1000€/month
Worksite type: On-site and Remote
Contract type: Employee only
