Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will be a key role in the Glovo Partners & Brands team. Your mission will include:
- Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (meetings and business reviews).
- Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations, and menu performance (e.g., selling items, Average Order Value, Conversion Rate, etc.).
- Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information.
- Be responsible for our partners' business performance, analyze their main KPIs, and ensure growth.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to present to partners / use as a source of operational improvements.
- Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing, and operations improvement.
- Lead contract renegotiations to establish a strong partnership with sustainable economics.
- Be responsible for support closing partner deals along with the sales team leader.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference.
- Be a part of a team that will support your commercial development by giving you the opportunity to do rotations into other parts of the business (i.e., sales, quick commerce, and more).
Requirements
What You Will Bring to the Ride:
Background
- 0–2 years experience in business, operations, sales support, or internships in commercial environments
- Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar fields is a plus
Skills
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience with Looker or data visualization tools
- Experience preparing presentations (Google Slides / PowerPoint)
- Exposure to commercial or partner-facing roles
