About the Position
For an internationally operating technical organization, we are looking for a Commercial Support Engineer After Sales who combines technical insight with strong coordination and communication skills.
In this role, you will be the central point of contact for service-related inquiries and orders, working with a wide range of stakeholders including customers, distributors, and internal departments.
All activities are handled from the office in the Diemen region.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define scope and service solutions
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on customer requirements
- Gather input from engineering, field service, and other departments for complex requests
- Process and manage customer orders in the ERP system
- Monitor delivery timelines and proactively follow up on delays
- Coordinate and schedule field service engineers when required
- Ensure successful completion and closure of service orders
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders in Dutch and English
Requirements
- Technical background (engineering degree or similar preferred)
- Experience in project coordination or a similar role within a technical environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
- Proactive and result-driven with a hands-on mentality
- Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus)
What’s Offered
- Salary up to €5,500 gross per month, depending on experience
- 33 days of leave (25 vacation days + 8 ADV days)

- Flexible start time between 07:00 and 09:30
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
- Possibility to work from home one day per week
