Commissioning / Field Service Technician (f/m/x)

Responsibilities

• Together with experienced colleagues, you will be responsible for on-site machines installation, commissioning, final testing in-house and/or at customer premises.
• In addition, you will carry out the general after-sales assistance, i.e. preventive and corrective maintenance with a focus on ensuring the end customer production will restart as soon as possible.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechatronic, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Science Engineer field.
• Basic knowledge of one or more of the following: Computer System Validation, Data Integrity, GAMP, Validation of industrial processes/machines, image processing, computer networks, fundamentals of Optics.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good manual dexterity in the use of both hand and power tools.
• Providing great customer service is fundamental to this role.
• English speaking at least at B1 level. Other languages (French, German, Danish) will be appreciated.
• B driver license.
• Ability to stay on Customer’s site for some weeks.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented way of working.
• Sense of responsibility, commitment, and collegiality.
