Responsibilities

As a Communications Manager, you will be the creative force behind attracting top-tier candidates to Solidgate. Your role will involve:

• Strategy & Campaigns

  • Designing nurturing campaigns that convert passive talent into eager candidates.
  • Launching high-impact promotional initiatives to attract the best talent.
  • Managing campaigns from concept to execution and measurement, optimizing for maximum impact.

• Employee Advocacy & Brand Ambassadors

  • Transforming employees into authentic brand champions.
  • Building and scaling an internal referral engine to drive engagement and results.

• Analytics & Optimization

  • Measuring and analyzing data to optimize campaigns, funnels, and engagement.
  • Proving the direct impact of talent marketing on business growth.

• Events & Communities

  • Leading memorable hiring events that connect candidates with the brand.
  • Growing talent communities and strategic partnerships to attract top talent.

Requirements

• Experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or marketing/communications.
• Ability to write compelling copy and design engaging campaigns.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Quick to notice trends, test new ideas, and adapt campaigns effectively.
• Curiosity about culture, marketing, and communities, with the ability to connect the dots.
