About the Position

East Europe Foundation is announcing a contest for the position of Community Development Manager for the implementation of the program led by the organization.

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Responsibilities

  • Development and support of communities within the EdTech ecosystem:
    • Formation and support of an active network of schools, teachers, directors, EdTech companies, and experts.
    • Maintain conditions for attracting users to technology and innovation pilot programs.
  • Support of the Ecosystem Development Lead:
    • Cooperation on the development of the EdTech ecosystem.
    • Participation in the preparation of events, workshops, meetings, and consultations.
    • Strengthening communication with partners and stakeholders.
  • Event organization and facilitation:
    • Conducting online/offline meetings.
    • Organization of events, presentations, and activities of the center.
    • Supervising high-quality facilitation of working groups.
  • Data collection and insights:
    • Systematically upkeeping the map of needs of schoolchildren, schools, teachers, directors.
    • Preparation of short notes for the Research and Technology teams.
  • External communication with the community:
    • Responding to inquiries, providing advisory support, building trust.
    • Providing regular update communication for the community and partners.

Requirements

  • Higher education in social sciences, management, pedagogy, communications, sociology, or related fields.
  • Experience in community management, stakeholder engagement, communications, or program support (2+ years).
  • Experience working with educational communities, EdTech organizations, teachers, schools, or communities.
  • Experience facilitating events, meetings, or thematic groups.
  • Experience in using programs: Google Workspace; CRM or basic community accounting tools (Airtable/Notion/HubSpot); Zoom / Meet; Canva (basic level).
  • High level of proficiency in English – for interaction with international partners.
