About the Position
Community Manager
We are seeking a talented and experienced Community Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for community engagement and a background in the Casino industry. You will be responsible for managing and growing our communities on various social platforms, ensuring high-quality interactions and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Community Management: Manage and grow communities on Telegram, Instagram, and Discord, adapting communication to our Casino audiences and brand tone of voice (TOV).
- Engagement Mechanics: Launch and develop engagement and gamification mechanics such as polls, quizzes, AMAs, challenges, and rankings.
- Content Management: Maintain community content cadence, including formats, activity scripts, and basic design briefs.
- Analytics and Reporting: Own regular reporting and KPI analytics, including Active Chatters, ER, UGC Share, CTR, sentiment, and growth.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect and systematize audience feedback, identify pain points, and propose improvements to community mechanics.
- Collaboration: Participate in the setup and usage of automation tools, bots, CRM systems, and dashboards in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager / SMM Manager with a focus on Telegram, Instagram, and Discord.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the iGaming / Gambling / Betting industry.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with understanding of social channel metrics (ER, CTR, DAU / WAU / MAU, Active Chatters, UGC Share, sentiment, growth).
- Proficiency with community and SMM tools (chat-bots, CRM-tools, tracking systems, dashboard-approach).
- Experience with automation tools such as ManyChat, Make, Zapier, Telegram Bots, Meta Business, WhatsApp Business, ClickUp, Tableau, etc.
- Basic content production skills, including creating briefs for designers and understanding short-form video content.
Nice to Have
- Portfolio: Portfolio with case studies demonstrating growth in engagement, community quality, or retention metrics.
- Additional Skills: Experience building chat rules, anti-spam logic, crisis communication scripts, and incident escalation workflows.
