Responsibilities

Build, manage, and nurture digital communities, creating real, empathetic, and positive connections with our audience. 💬
Interact daily with users, responding to questions, comments, and messages with the best vibe and aligned with the brand's voice.
Schedule and publish content, ensuring everything flows beautifully on time and form. 🗓️
Monitor trending topics (stay super up-to-date with what's breaking the internet!) and conduct active social listening. 🎧
Prepare metrics reports to understand what our community loves and propose amazing improvements. 📊

Requirements

Experience: 2 to 3 years breaking it up as a Community Manager or in similar roles managing digital communities.
Education: Degree or intern in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field. 🎓
Specific Knowledge: Excellent writing and grammar (copy is your superpower!), digital customer service, empathy, crisis management, and proficiency in publishing/monitoring tools (such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, etc.).
Courses: We highly value courses or certifications in Community Management, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Social Media Analytics. 💻
Languages: Advanced English (indispensable for shining in this role!). 🌎
