Community Manager - IEFP Internship

About the Role

We are looking for someone to support the management of the digital communities of the brands managed by the agency, contributing to user engagement, conversation development, and social media performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Monitor brand pages, including comments, messages, and mentions.
Respond to users according to each brand’s tone of voice and guidelines.
Conduct sentiment analysis and identify relevant topics, trends, and insights.
Encourage conversations and promote community engagement.
Support Social Media Managers in creating post plans and editorial calendars.
Support performance analysis and the preparation of social media reports.

Requirements

Degree or training in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
Eligibility for an IEFP professional internship.
Interest in social media and digital communication.
Strong written Portuguese skills and good knowledge of English.
Empathy, organization, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok will be valued.
Previous professional experience is not required.
