About the Position
East Europe Foundation is looking for a Program Assistant to assist in program planning, implementation, and reporting within the programs currently implemented by EEF, particularly programs focusing on international relations and political dimensions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the program implementation on a daily basis, including planning and reporting;
- Ensure logistical support for program events, meetings, conferences, roundtables discussions, workshops, working visits for MPs, their assistants, representatives of other state institutions and civil society;
- Assist in FB-page administration;
- Collect activity data, keep up databases;
- Keep records and follow up notes;
- Translate basic project-related documentation;
- Accommodate and provide reception services for the program office visitors;
- Ensure program office maintenance and orderliness, manage basic supplies such as stationery, kitchen supplies, etc;
- Assist in coordinating drivers/vehicle transportation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s (or equivalent) Degree in a field of political science or relevant field;
- Good communications skills in Ukrainian and English;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools;
- Experience of working in non-government organizations or donor-funded project environment will be a plus;
- Practical knowledge in public governance and foreign policy of Ukraine is a plus.
