About the Position
East Europe Foundation (EEF) announces a vacancy for the position of Program Assistant to help with planning, implementation, and reporting within the programs currently implemented by EEF.
Start date: February 2024
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
Work format: offline/online
Employment type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Program Assistant will:
- Help with program implementation on a daily basis, including planning and reporting;
- Organize program events, meetings, conferences, roundtables, and seminars;
- Prepare drafts of letters and reports;
- Communicate with partners and contractors;
- Gather data on activities, update databases, and search for necessary information;
- Keep track of calendars, maintain work records, including meeting minutes;
- Translate main project documents;
- Reception of program visitors in the office;
- Oversee order in the office, ensure that technical needs are met, and manage essential supplies such as stationery and kitchen utensils, etc.;
- Help coordinate drivers/vehicles.
Requirements
- Higher education in business administration, management, finance, or economics.
- Relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills (in Ukrainian and English).
- Knowledge of MS Office instruments.
- Work experience in non-governmental organizations or donor-funded projects will be an advantage.
