About the Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Lead to oversee and implement a comprehensive regulatory framework for a growing fund management business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement a comprehensive regulatory framework ensuring alignment with the Securities and Futures Act and relevant MAS guidelines.
- Manage all regulatory interactions and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a compliance role within the asset management or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
