Our partner is a recognized, prestigious market player known for its professional rigor, stable operation, and outstanding expert community. We are looking for an expert to join their compliance team in the position of COMPLIANCE MUNKATÁRS.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the daily operations of the compliance area, maintaining records.
- Participating in the preparation, updating, and legal compliance review of internal policies.
- Monitoring changes in legal and supervisory regulations, preparing related internal tasks.
- Participating in the planning, execution, and reporting of compliance audits, as well as tracking the implementation of recommended measures.
- Reviewing contracts and business processes for compliance.
- Supporting due diligence tasks: partner qualification, responding to inquiries about the company.
- Supporting compliance-related complaint handling processes, participating in complaint investigation reviews.
- Preparing responses to official inquiries from authorities and other official bodies.
- Handling AML, MAD/MAR, fraud prevention, and other monitoring tasks.
Requirements
- You hold a higher education degree in economics;
- You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in compliance;
- You confidently use MS Office programs, especially Excel and Word;
- You have at least intermediate active spoken and written English skills and can confidently interpret English professional documents.
