About the Position
The Compliance Solutions Employment Tax Service Director provides effective management, direction, and leadership to ADP Philippine's service operations team. This role assumes accountability and responsibility to meet or exceed performance goals, especially in the areas of quality, associate retention, productivity, and business unit key process indicators.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the service operations team.
- Act as a delegate leader during the absence of Executive Team/Department Heads.
- Drive the reporting of operational performance, productivity, quality, and overall effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the Executive Leadership team and remote business unit partners to define goals and maintain balanced scorecards.
- Lead and execute performance and metrics reporting for Operations.
- Lead ADP Philippines Operations teams to drive performance and hit defined targets.
- Develop and implement a leadership development strategy for Operations Managers and Team Leaders.
- Lead the Operations performance management cycle, including annual reviews, merit increases, and performance bonuses.
- Drive associate engagement through effective communication and recognition programs.
- Define and lead operations hiring/staffing requirements in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Finance, and Management.
- Ensure adherence to ADP's Mission, Vision, and Values, and implement necessary disciplinary or personnel improvement plans.
- Partner with international business units to build relationships, develop site goals, and drive consistent performance.
- Lead as a senior-level client/partner liaison for functional operations and business process success.
- Launch and foster ADP Service innovation strategies, including standardization and continuous improvement.
- Maintain maximum service levels during inclement climate/environmental conditions.
- Drive a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) for ADP Philippines.
- Increase cross-business unit collaboration and drive the sharing of Operational Best Practices.

- Compliance: Strong understanding of compliance requirements and best practices.
- Operations Management: Expertise in managing diverse business processes.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Change Management: Experience in managing change within an organization.
- Business Process Improvement: Skills in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects and driving them to successful completion.
