We are looking for a Concepter (m/w/d) to develop creative campaigns and concepts for different brands and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaigns and concepts independently and as part of a team for various brands and social media platforms.
• Work closely with our departments (Social Media Management, Strategy, Production, Art Direction) to implement your ideas.
• Convince new clients of our services and contribute your concept strength in pitches.

Requirements

• Initial professional experience as a copywriter/concept developer, ideally in a creative agency.
• High screen time on TikTok, Instagram, and similar apps.
• Creative, unconventional, and surprising mindset. Always social-first.
• Enthusiasm for various industries and the ability to immerse yourself in different topics.
• Independent working style, but also enjoyment in teamwork.
• Ability to maintain humor even in stressful phases.
• Strong desire to give your all in a creative and dynamic environment and to elevate our agency and clients to the next level.
