Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Work as a Concrete Project Manager based in Alvarado, Texas, overseeing commercial concrete construction projects throughout the DFW area.
• Lead projects from preconstruction and planning through construction and project closeout.
• Manage multiple commercial concrete projects based on size, schedule, and complexity.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, construction schedules, production timelines, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and inspectors.
• Oversee concrete scopes including foundations, slab-on-grade, elevated decks, tilt-wall construction, structural concrete, and site concrete.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders.
• Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to keep concrete production and construction schedules moving.
• Visit project sites throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area to monitor safety, workmanship, productivity, and schedule performance.
• Work directly with clients, architects, engineers, field teams, and internal teams to resolve project issues.
• Track project costs, forecast budgets, manage changes, and maintain project profitability.
• Lead project closeout, including punch lists, final inspections, and required project documentation.

Requirements

• 2 to 3+ years of Project Manager experience overseeing commercial concrete construction projects.
• Experience with structural concrete, foundations, slabs, tilt-wall construction, or similar commercial concrete scopes.
• Strong understanding of concrete sequencing, construction scheduling, production planning, and field operations.
• Ability to manage multiple construction projects and shifting project priorities.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, superintendents, and field personnel.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction management software.
• Bluebeam experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and commercial construction practices.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to project sites throughout the DFW area.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
