CONDUCTEUR DE TRAVAUX - CHARGE D'AFFAIRES GENIE CIVIL - VRD

• Salary: 45 000 € - 55 000 € per year

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and monitor VRD and civil engineering sites
• Perform cost estimates for various client requests
• Monitor and respond to calls for tenders
• Manage the financial, technical, and human aspects of the sites
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, from design to site acceptance
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to deadlines

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Civil Engineering / Public Works (Bac+2 to Bac+5)
• Proven experience in managing works (minimum 3 to 5 years)
• Knowledge of the oil industry is a plus
• Field experience and ability to manage teams
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills
