Responsibilities

As a Conseiller Commercial, you will excel in managing communication between banks and their clients. You will be an expert in how financial institutions provide value, offering personalized and relevant advice on a wide range of banking products. You will provide top-notch service to both internal and external clients.

No one understands the needs and expectations of banking users better than you. You will be able to identify their needs and easily propose appropriate financial solutions. It is essential to be able to handle complex tasks with ease, in order to promote digital banking services, meet deadlines, and build a portfolio of satisfied clients.

An Officer at Sopra Steria takes on multiple roles. You focus primarily on impeccable customer service and the highest quality support. As an officer, you work in various areas such as Business Support or KYC analysis, always emphasizing smooth collaboration. Thanks to a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization, you contribute to offering a customer-centric experience while supporting the growth of Sopra Steria.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent
• Experience: Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience
• Skills: Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office tools
• Languages: Proficiency in Dutch and French (mandatory), English is a plus
