About the Position
Intelcia is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls, identify customer needs, and provide solutions. Fluent French and strong communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls from customers
- Actively listen to callers
- Identify their needs, analyze their requests, and direct them accordingly
- Maintain the highest quality of customer service
- Ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative project objectives
Before taking on the mission, a comprehensive training program is provided to prepare the candidate for the responsibilities they will be entrusted with.
Requirements
- Perfect mastery of the French language, with good ease both orally and in writing
- Excellent sense of argumentation
- Commercial logic
- Real sense of listening
- Unfailing empathy
Experience
Experience in telemarketing is desirable (Incoming call reception)
