Intelcia is looking for a Conseiller Digital CDD to join our team. The role involves ensuring timely written responses to client inquiries and resolving commercial or technical issues.

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries in writing within the stipulated timeframe.
Guide clients until their commercial or technical issues are resolved at the first level.
Ensure the achievement of both quantitative and qualitative project objectives.

Before taking on the role, a comprehensive training program is provided to prepare the candidate for the responsibilities they will undertake.

Requirements

Perfect command of the French language in writing.
Impeccable spelling.
Ability to adapt the discourse to the interlocutor.
Fast typing speed.

Experience
