Du identifizierst und bewertest KI Use Cases und verbindest Machine Learning, Generative AI und agentische Ansätze mit fachlichen Herausforderungen. Als Bindeglied zwischen Fachbereich, Daten und Technologie bringst du KI wirtschaftlich und skalierbar in die Umsetzung.

Your Impact

Als Consultant AI in Produktion, Supply Chain, Qualität oder Einkauf (m/w/d) bringst Du KI von der strategischen Idee bis zur skalierbaren Anwendung in zentrale Wertschöpfungsprozesse. Du unterstützt unsere Kunden dabei, KI gezielt dort einzusetzen, wo operative Exzellenz, Resilienz, Qualität, Effizienz und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit messbar verbessert werden können.

• AI Vision, Strategy & Roadmap: Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden domainspezifische KI-Zielbilder, Strategien und Roadmaps für Einkauf, Supply Chain, Produktion oder Qualität.
• Use-Case Portfolio & Prioritization: Du identifizierst, bewertest und priorisierst KI-Use-Cases entlang fachlicher Relevanz, wirtschaftlichem Potenzial, Datenverfügbarkeit und technischer Machbarkeit.
• AI & Data Maturity: Du analysierst Infrastruktur und Datenverfügbarkeit und leitest Voraussetzungen für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung ab.
• Solution Architecture & Implementation Concepts: Du entwickelst tragfähige Architektur- und Umsetzungskonzepte und integrierst diese in bestehende Infrastruktur-, Daten- und Prozesslandschaften.
• Forward-Deployed AI Engineering & Scaling: Du setzt KI-Anwendungen nah am Kunden um, definierst wirtschaftliche, nutzungsbezogene und technische Erfolgskriterien und unterstützt Skalierung in Organisation und Prozesse unserer Kunden.

Your Skillset

• Excellent University Degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Domain Understanding with the ability to understand, structure, and translate business challenges in procurement, supply chain, production, or quality into domain-specific AI visions, strategies, and functionalities
• Programming Skills, e.g., in Python and/or TypeScript, and experience with AI-based code assistance tools
• Practical Experience in developing classical machine learning models and generative AI solutions, e.g., RAG, ideally agentic AI systems, complemented by initial experience with cloud services and cloud architectures, e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP
• High Engagement, strong team orientation, agile working style, and enjoyment of communication and presentation in an international environment. Relevant practical experience in Germany or abroad, ideally in a consulting firm, as well as willingness to travel and excellent German and English language skills in speech and writing
