About the Position

CONSULTANT BUSINESS CONSULTING & STRATEGY

We are looking for a Consultant in Business Consulting & Strategy to join our team at SDG Group in Barcelona, Spain. If you are passionate about data, analytics, and artificial intelligence, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects for the definition of data and AI strategy for organizations, working with executive and C-level profiles.
• Engage in business consulting and digital transformation projects focused on data, analytics, and AI solutions with a functional approach.
• Participate in assessments to identify, define, and prioritize complex analytical and AI solutions that meet real business needs.
• Contribute to the development of methodologies, work frameworks, and value assets for these consulting and strategic projects.
• Participate in the preparation of proposals for the sale and commercial explanation of projects.

Requirements

• Preferably a degree in STEM; profiles with complementary training in AI, Big Data, or Data & Analytics will also be considered.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital transformation consulting projects with strong components of AI and/or data strategy.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Good soft skills to interact confidently with executive profiles in both Spanish and English in a global environment.
• Excellent storytelling and document generation skills, primarily in PowerPoint.
