Your Impact

Als Consultant Business & AI Insights (m/w/d) steigst du in die Welt von KI und Analytics ein und baust erste Erfahrungen auf. Du arbeitest im Team an kundenrelevante Lösungen mit, die einen Impact erzeugen. Lösungen, die auf Basis komplexer Daten echte Orientierung geben – von der ersten Idee über Prototypen bis zur produktiven Anwendung und dem zugehörigen Betrieb.

• Consulting: Du unterstützt Unternehmen bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von KI- und Analytics-Lösungen und übersetzt Anforderungen in strukturierte Lösungsansätze.
• Solution Design: Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team entwickelst Du Lösungdesigns für KI- und Analytics-Anwendungen, Datenpipelines und nutzerorientierte Analyticsanwendungen.
• Development: Du arbeitest hands-on in Kundenprojekten mit und unterstützt die Entwicklung von Prototypen sowie produktiven Daten- und KI-Lösungen.
• Data Analysis & Analytics Engineering: Du analysierst Daten, entwickelst Modelle, Algorithmen und Dashboards und machst Erkenntnisse für Kunden nutzbar.
• Innovation & Collaboration: Du bringst Dich aktiv ins Team ein, arbeitest an hochwertigen Projektergebnissen mit und verfolgst neue Technologietrends und bringst Ideen ein, wie neue Ansätze in Kundenprojekten sinnvoll eingesetzt werden können.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a comparable field; alternatively, relevant practical experience in the AI and Analytics environment.
• Initial practical experience in AI/ML projects, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering as well as good knowledge in Python and SQL.
• Ideally knowledge in Cloud Technologies, DevOps, MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Frontend Technologies, GenAI Frameworks, or RAG Architectures.
• Ideally experience with Data Modeling, ETL, Data Platforms like Databricks or Snowflake, and BI Tools like Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or QuickSight.
• German and English fluent in speech and writing as well as the ability to communicate analytical results comprehensibly and to work successfully in a team.
