About the Role
As a Consultant(e) en déploiement Grands Comptes, you will support healthcare institutions-hospitals, health centers, radiology centers, SMR, retail-in integrating Doctolib solutions into their organizational and technical environment. As a true project leader and trusted advisor, you will be the primary contact between the establishment's management, on-site teams (secretaries, practitioners, referents), and Doctolib's internal teams (interoperability, Account Management, Support).
You will directly contribute to transforming the daily lives of healthcare professionals and the experience of their patients.
Each project involves multiple stakeholders at different levels, lasting from 1 month to over a year. You can manage up to 15 to 20 projects per quarter.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment projects: from strategic framing to launch, including a 360° diagnosis of an establishment, configuration, training, and post-launch follow-up
- Manage project governance: organize and lead COPRO and COPIL with management, project teams, and referents of the establishment; define milestones, responsibilities, and performance indicators
- Collect and implement the configuration of Doctolib solutions (connected agenda, online appointment booking, online admission, teleconsultation, Care Request…) in close collaboration with interoperability teams to ensure integration with existing IS (GAM, DPI, RIS…)
- Train and support users: conduct training sessions for Doctolib referents, secretaries, and practitioners; ensure on-site presence on launch days
- Define and manage the internal communication plan (to foster team buy-in) and external communication plan (to maximize patient usage), in liaison with the establishment's management
- Ensure rigorous follow-up: share real-time progress, guarantee reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement post-deployment
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (business school, engineering school, or university)
- 0 to 2 years of experience in project management, consulting, or deployment-early career profiles are welcome
- Organized, autonomous, and rigorous, capable of managing multiple projects in parallel with varied stakeholders
- Empathetic and pedagogical to support healthcare teams in change management
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of customer service and user satisfaction: for you, the success of a deployment is measured by real adoption on the ground, not just by simple production deployment
- Team player who knows how to work closely with internal teams (interoperability, support, product, sales) by relying on others as much as you contribute
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in project management tools (notably Jira) and data management tools (such as Metabase)
- Knowledge of healthcare information systems (GAM, DPI, SIH, RIS) or the hospital ecosystem
- Initial commercial experience, consulting, or in a client-facing environment
We Offer
- Competitive salary
- 25 days of paid leave and 12 to 14 days of RTT per year
