OMMAX GmbH, a leading digital strategy consultancy, is seeking a Consultant Due Diligence & Growth Strategy (Private Equity) to join our team in München, London, Amsterdam, Milan, and Berlin. This role is pivotal in shaping the digital future for our clients, focusing on strategic, digital, and tech-driven due diligence reports.

Responsibilities

• Advise management and investors on developing strategic, digital, and tech-driven due diligence reports for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Analyze and challenge business models for leading Private Equity clients across various industries and international markets.
• Contribute to strategic value creation and growth initiatives, crafting compelling equity stories for portfolio companies.
• Identify key consulting needs, structure complex problems, and design strategic solutions.
• Assess the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and value creation.
• Collaborate with digital and data strategy experts, combining strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
• Prepare presentations for client projects.
• Participate in workshops, client meetings, research, business analyses, and process developments for both external and internal projects.

Requirements

• Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• First professional experience in a strategic, transaction-related, or digital environment.
• Strong affinity for technology, particularly in digital marketing, tech, or AI.
• Strong analytical skills combined with creative and conceptual thinking.
• Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented and communicative team player with strong intrinsic motivation and passion for your work.
• Fluency in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
