About the Position
Join OMMAX, the leading AI-first consultancy and AI-engineering platform, as a Consultant in Due Diligence & Growth Strategy for Private Equity.
Responsibilities
- Advise management and investors in developing strategic, digital, and tech-driven due diligence reports for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Analyze and challenge business models for leading Private Equity clients across industries and international markets.
- Contribute to strategic value creation and growth initiatives, shaping compelling equity stories for portfolio companies.
- Identify key consulting needs, structure complex problems, and help design strategic solutions.
- Assess the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and value creation.
- Collaborate closely with our digital and data strategy experts, combining strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
- Prepare presentations for client projects.
- Actively participate in core activities such as workshops, client meetings, research, business analyses, and process developments for both external and internal projects.
Requirements
- Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- First professional experience in a strategic, transaction-related, or digital environment.
- Strong affinity for technology, particularly in digital marketing, tech, or AI.
- Strong analytical skills combined with creative and conceptual thinking.
- Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Service-oriented and communicative team player with strong intrinsic motivation and passion for your work.
- Fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
