Responsibilities

Transformation des processus P2P / I2P

• Deploy Procure-to-Pay transformation projects: processes, organization, and tools.
• Deploy Invoice-to-Pay and electronic invoicing transformation projects: processes, organization, and tools.
• Analyze and optimize procurement, supply, receipt, invoicing, and supplier payment processes.
• Contribute to the design of target processes and the formalization of business needs.
• Participate in project framing, diagnostics, and the definition of transformation roadmaps.

Conformity and Solutions

• Support compliance related to electronic invoicing and e-reporting.
• Work on environments or solutions such as SAP FI/P2P, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, or equivalent solutions.
• Contribute to AMOA, Business Analysis, and project coordination activities.
• Participate in test preparation, deployment support, and change management.

Client Relations and Delivery

• Lead workshops with client teams and gather operational needs.
• Produce clear and structured analyses, recommendations, and deliverables.
• Contribute to client missions independently while ensuring regular reporting to the mission manager.
• Participate in knowledge capitalization and the development of Smart Operations offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top engineering school, business school, or university with a specialization in CSR and/or procurement.
• Strong skills in implementing transformations driven by CSR issues (e.g., LCA, CSRD, materiality, SPASER…) and ideally knowledge of procurement.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience with significant experience in a procurement consultant role within a consulting firm or in-house.
• Good analytical and synthesis skills, as well as relational and pedagogical skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

In the context of the development of our Smart Operations activity within the Corporate Functions Advisory practice, we are looking for an Experienced Consultant specialized in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice-to-Pay (I2P), and electronic invoicing. You will support our clients in the transformation of their Finance/Procurement processes, from diagnosis to operational deployment of solutions and new ways of working.

As an Experienced Consultant, you will intervene at the heart of projects, in liaison with the Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Business, and IT Departments.
