What You’ll Do

• You are responsible for the efficient, correct, and high-quality management of your client files: from daily accounting to the preparation of the annual closing.
• You prepare periodic VAT returns and other formalities accurately and follow them up in a timely manner.
• You autonomously prepare interim reports for sole proprietorships, corporations, and legal entities, including personal income tax returns.
• You monitor deadlines and quality within your files and report on them.
• You organize and follow up on client communication in the context of information to be delivered, client visits, interim consultations, and meetings.
• You support ad-hoc and more complex assignments and further develop your subject matter expertise.
• You supervise juniors and interns, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to their development.

Who We Are Looking For

What knowledge and skills do we expect from you?

• You have a master’s or professional bachelor’s degree with a specialization in accountancy-fiscality. Additional tax training is a plus.
• You have a minimum of five years of experience in the trust sector.
• You are looking for a part-time assignment of maximum 3/5th employment.
• You easily find your way in digital accounting packages.
• Knowledge of Yuki and Silverfin is a great asset.
• Your clients are primarily Dutch-speaking, so you speak and write Dutch excellently.
• You are a companion at heart: sharing knowledge, going the extra mile together, and a positive attitude characterize you. Combined with your critical mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, our entrepreneurs can always count on you.
