Your Impact

Als Consultant Financial Risk Management (m/w/d) berätst du internationale und nationale Mandanten branchenübergreifend in relevanten Fragen der Regulatorik – und trägst so zur nachhaltigen Optimierung von Risikomodellen und dem Ausbau eines zukunftsorientierten Risk Managements bei.

• Hands-on-Einstieg: Du bringst deine Erfahrung im Bereich Financial Risk Management ein – unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Digitalisierungstrends und Data Science, wie Robo Advisory, Machine Learning / KI.
• Modelling: In deinen Projekten entwickelst du mit deinem Team Modelle zur Identifikation und Messung von Marktpreis-, Liquiditäts-, Kredit- oder operationellen Risiken und setzt statistische Methoden zur Unterstützung der Managemententscheidungen ein.
• Validierung: Dabei lernst du von Expert:innen wie der Ausbau von Modellen aktiv gestaltet wird und führst selbst unabhängige Modellvalidierungen durch.
• Stresstests: Mit deinem Team unterstützt du das Top-Management unserer Mandanten im Umfeld von (aufsichtsratsrechtlichen) Stresstests.
• Innovation: Mit deinen Ideen unterstützt du dein Team bei der Identifikation neuer Geschäftsfelder, der Akquise sowie Angebotserstellung und wirkst bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte bis zur Marktreife mit.

Your Skillset

• Degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
• Practical Experience in the banking sector or risk management, for example in the areas of market price, liquidity, credit, or operational risks
• Knowledge in areas such as regulatory law, risk management, statistics, and quantitative methods is desirable
• High IT affinity, good basic understanding of IT-supported representation of issues in risk management, (ideally) knowledge of a programming language such as Python, R, SQL, or SAS
• Enjoyment of communication and presentation for demanding target groups in German and English (very good in speech and writing)
