About the Position
We are seeking a Consultant in public funding and project management with experience in developing, contracting, and implementing projects funded through PNRR and European programs. The ideal candidate has experience in complex projects in the fields of health, infrastructure, local development, energy, and tourism, as well as in financial monitoring, procurement, and relationship with Management Authorities. Previous experience complements my role and allows me to approach projects from both a technical, administrative, and financial perspective.
Responsibilities
- Elaborarea cererii de finanțare și gestionarea documentațiilor tehnico-economice aferente, pentru apeluri de finanțare deja stabilite
- Suport pe parcursul evaluării și contractării proiectelor
- Urmărirea implementării: verificarea și încărcarea dosarelor de achiziții în platformele dedicate, monitorizarea etapelor și termenelor procedurilor
- Elaborarea documentației de rambursare (cereri de rambursare, plată, transfer, prefinanțare)
- Redactarea rapoartelor periodice de progres
- Notificări de modificare a contractelor de finanțare și acte adiționale
- Analiza utilizării economiilor înregistrate pe proiect și formularea solicitărilor către Autoritatea de Management
- Menținerea relației directe cu Autoritățile de Management

Experience
- Transport Coordinator at Cros Construct SRL (Aprilie 2013 → Iunie 2017)
- Bankruptcy Assistant & Bank Statements reviewer at 60monthloans, Inc. (August 2021 → Noiembrie 2022)
- Consultant in Writing and Implementing projects funded by structural funds (Noiembrie 2022 → Octombrie 2026)
