Your Impact

Als Consultant eDiscovery (m/w/d) unterstützt du Mandanten bei der Identifikation von Beweisdaten und deren gerichtsfester Sicherung, Aufbereitung und Auswertung. Du stellst Ergebnisdaten, Dokumente und Fakten adressatengerecht im Rahmen von Litigations, Investigations, regulatorischen Anfragen oder auch bei der Reaktion auf Cyber-Vorfälle bereit. Du arbeitest spezialisiert, nutzt Industriestandards wie das Electronic Discovery Reference Model oder wendest individuelle Vorgehensweisen an. Dabei nutzt du ein Umfeld aus neuesten Technologien, Labs, Data Centern und Cloud-Lösungen. Du bist Teil der Transformation in ein GenAI-unterstütztes und Plattform-basiertes Arbeitsumfeld und arbeitest gemeinsam mit Spezialisten verschiedener Disziplinen.

Hands-on-Einstieg & Data Collection: Aktive Mitwirkung von Anfang an in eDiscovery-Mandaten, z. B. durch netzwerkbasierte Datensicherung (Microsoft 365, Fileshares) oder IT-forensische Endgerätesicherungen inkl. Dokumentation, Chain-of-Custody und Qualitätssicherung.
Processing & Review Enablement: Aufbereitung von Massendaten für den Review (z. B. Culling, De-Duplizierung, E-Mail-Threading, OCR, Metadaten-Checks) sowie Unterstützung von Kanzleien und Review-Teams bei Workflows, Suchstrategien und Review-Setups.
Analytics: Einsatz von Analytics-Methoden (z. B. Clustering, Near-Duplicate-Erkennung, Keyword-Tests, Document Chats, TAR-Unterstützung, Automatisierung) zur frühzeitigen Faktenerhebung, Datenreduktion sowie zur Verbesserung von Review-Qualität und -Geschwindigkeit.
GenAI-Enablement: Unterstützung beim Einsatz neuester GenAI-Funktionen in eDiscovery (z. B. Q&A über Dokumentenbestände, Dokumenten-Chat, Dokumenten-Summaries, Review-Triage und QC) sowie Mitwirkung bei der Dokumentation und Validierung der Ergebnisse für eine gerichtsfeste Vorgehensweise.
Fokuskompetenzen: Im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit entwickelst du entsprechend deiner Stärken Fokuskompetenzen. Das sind beispielsweise Digital Forensics, GenAI-Engineer, ServiceNow-Architekt, Analytics Specialist oder Operate Specialist.

Your Skillset

Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor, Master von Vorteil) der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Computerlinguistik, Data Science, Ingenieurwissenschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Gute Kenntnisse in SQL, Python oder einer vergleichbaren Programmiersprache, MS Office sowie MS Windows inkl. Server, IT-forensischen Prinzipien sowie eDiscovery-Tools / Plattformen (z. B. Relativity, NUIX Discover, OpenText eDiscovery, Reveal, Microsoft Purview, Google Vault) bilden deine fachliche Basis
Praktischer Einsatz von GenAI / LLMs in Legal-Tech- und eDiscovery-Workflows (z. B. Prompt Engineering, Evaluation/QA, RAG-Ansätze, Fine-Tuning) sowie ein Bewusstsein für Responsible-AI-, Datenschutz- und Sicherheitsanforderungen
**Fundiertes Verständnis **für die Digitalisierung von Prozessen, beispielsweise mittels Low Code-Plattformen wie ServiceNow, Erfahrung mit einer oder mehreren ServiceNow-Anwendungen (bspw. Legal Service Delivery (LSD), Contract Management Pro, ITSM) sind von Vorteil
**Forensic Accounting **fesselt dich manchmal mehr als die Suche nach Fakten in E-Mails, Chats und Dokumenten. SAP-Module sind dir bekannt und du hast ein Verständnis von Buchhaltungszyklen, Journalbuchungen und Kontenabstimmungen. Durch dein Denken in strukturierten Daten fällt es dir leicht, Fraud-Muster in Transaktionsdaten zu erkennen
**Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch **sehr gut in Wort und Schrift sowie Freude an der Mitarbeit in Teamstrukturen – virtuell, im Büro und vor Ort beim Mandanten
