Als Consultant Governance & Organizational Development (m/w/d) unterstützt du aktiv die strategische Weiterentwicklung von Organisationen in der Finanzbranche. Du entwickelst mit uns gemeinsam Lösungen, die echten Bedarf adressieren und Organisationen zukunftsfähig machen.

• Methodenvielfalt: Mit einem klaren Blick für Wirkung, Trends und Menschen gestaltest du Organisationsprozesse mit und nutzt vielfältige Methoden sowie Technologien zur wertorientierten Steuerung von Unternehmen.
• Transformation: Du entwickelst praxistaugliche Lösungen für interne und externe Anforderungen, begleitest deren Einführung, bewertest Innovationen im Kontext der Unternehmensrealität und stärkst Mitarbeitende durch passende Tools und Maßnahmen.
• Beratung: Strukturiert und kommunikativ bringst du dich in Projekte ein, zeigst Flexibilität und bleibst auch in komplexen Phasen ein verlässlicher Sparringspartner:in für unsere Kunden.
• Wissen: Durch kontinuierliches Lernen in der Organisationsentwicklung, dem Datenmanagement sowie der Finanz- und Risikomanagementberatung entwickelst du praxisnahe Impulse, die Teams und Organisationen gezielt voranbringen.
• Pioniergeist: Du arbeitest dich schnell in neue Themen ein, probierst unterschiedliche Ansätze aus und wächst an jeder Herausforderung – fachlich wie persönlich.

Your Skillset

• Degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (BWL, VWL), (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Natur- oder Sozialwissenschaften mit starker analytischer Ausrichtung oder vergleichbar
• First Professional Experience in Organisationsentwicklung, Strategieprojekten, Beratung oder Datenanalyse sowie in der aktiven Mitgestaltung von Transformationsprozessen; idealerweise in der Finanzbranche
• Experience with Methods like Design Thinking, OKR, SAFe and Lean Six Sigma as well as their implementation in roadmaps; technically savvy with confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Teams) and AI tools for efficient problem-solving
• Openness to Dialogue, high willingness to learn and presentation skills – you convince in word and writing in German and English
• You enjoy working in project teams (office or client site), use home office flexibly and are willing to travel within Germany
