Responsibilities

Your objective is clear: develop new major accounts and accelerate our presence in the private market.

You manage the entire sales cycle:

• Identify and open new opportunities;
• Build a robust and qualified pipeline;
• Develop trust relationships with high-level decision-makers (HR Directors, IT Directors, General Management);
• Define the conquest strategy with the pre-sales teams;
• Orchestrate commercial responses and support;
• Negotiate and conclude strategic contracts;
• Sustainably develop the entrusted accounts.

You are responsible for your territory, your commercial strategy, and your success.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the sale of HR solutions, Payroll, GTA, Talent, or associated services.
• Successfully developed major accounts with more than 3,000 employees, ideally companies with more than 15,000 employees.
• A solid network among HR and IT decision-makers.
• Recognized for your ability to create opportunities, manage complex sales, and unite teams around a common goal.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or an equivalent CRM is part of your practices.
