About the Position
Consultant in F&O
You enjoy analyzing and understanding complex business processes and transforming them into efficient, well-structured solutions that create real business value. As a consultant, you work closely with our customers to understand their requirements and challenges, and you support them throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Continuously develop expertise in software and other competencies required for implementation and support projects, and proactively share relevant information with customers and colleagues when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs for small and medium-sized projects, including reviewing business processes and gathering functional and technical requirements
- Contribute to task and project planning by estimating implementation effort and providing input for project and support activity schedules
- Prepare clear and comprehensive implementation documentation, such as functional requirements, functional design documents, and integration specifications
- Track and evaluate client needs, challenges, and opportunities across existing and prospective customers to help define appropriate services and solutions
- Provide recommendations for the design, development, testing, and deployment of effective solutions and services
- Identify, analyze, and resolve functional and technical issues, risks, and bottlenecks
Requirements

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Experience or strong interest in ERP systems
- Knowledge of finance, controlling, or supply chain processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Structured, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Very good English skills
