Responsibilities

• Defining business solutions: Translating client challenges in the insurance sector into process optimization and specific organizational and technological solutions.
• Business and technology analysis: Recognizing and understanding the requirements of insurance sector clients in the context of business-technological transformation and coordinating actions related to preparing cooperation offers.
• Relationship management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders in insurance companies.
• Identifying areas for AI implementation: Proactively mapping insurance processes (with particular attention to key operational areas such as property damage liquidation) in terms of the potential for profitable application of artificial intelligence.
• Developing insurance innovation: Identifying areas for scaling modern technologies and creating innovative solutions, including those based on AI/GenAI, in insurance processes.
• Building an operational strategy (Target Operating Model): Designing target operational models for insurers (with particular attention to property damage liquidation), fully integrating modern core systems with advanced analytics.
• Building a technological ecosystem: Building or supporting partnerships and integration strategies with external solution providers (InsurTech, modern estimation systems) to create a comprehensive proposal for insurers.
• Regulatory adaptation strategy: Defining directions for technological transformation in a way that complies with upcoming digital market regulations (e.g., DORA, EU AI Act).
• Preparing offers: Developing cooperation proposals and comprehensive transformation programs for clients.
• Supporting modernization: Advising on the overhaul of IT systems (from infrastructure to central systems) and adapting processes to market and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Professional experience gained directly in an insurance company or working with insurance clients (in business, operational, or IT areas).
• Very good knowledge of business processes and/or technological solutions operating in the insurance industry.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work in external or internal consulting.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI solutions and awareness of their practical application in optimizing insurance processes.
• Experience in effectively collaborating and building relationships with clients.
• Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into effective technological solutions.
• Knowledge of English and Polish at a level enabling fluent communication.
• Team player, supporting colleagues, and strong communication and organizational skills.
• Additional asset: Experience in implementing core insurance systems (e.g., transactional, policy, claims systems).
