Your Impact

Als Consultant IT- und Risikomanagement (m/w/d) berätst du bei der Implementierung und Prüfung durchdachter IT-Lösungen im Finanzsektor, wobei du die Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen im Blick behältst - und unterstützt unsere Kunden sich zukunftsfähig aufzustellen.

• Mitgestaltung: Unterstütze unsere Kunden bei der Identifizierung von Risiken und der Gestaltung effektiver (IT-) Kontrollen zur Gewährleistung der Sicherheit, Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit finanzwirtschaftlicher Daten.
• Konzeption: Auch bei der Entwicklung und Gestaltung zukunftsfähiger IT-Lösungen im Finanzsektor setzen wir auf dein Können.
• Fachkenntnisse: Nach und nach eignest du dir Wissen zur Implementierung regulatorischer Anforderungen und einschlägiger Standards wie AI-Act, DORA, MaRisk, MaGo, EBA- und EIOPA-Richtlinien sowie ISO 2700x an.
• Regulierung: Zusammen mit deinen Kolleg:innen bist du für die Umsetzung und Prüfung von Maßnahmen zuständig, um eine effektive Risikomitigierung in den Bereichen Cybersicherheit, IKT- und AI-Risiken sowie digitale operationale Resilienz sicherzustellen.
• KI-Kompetenz: Künstliche Intelligenz ist für dich kein Fremdwort. Du setzt KI-basierte Lösungen erfolgreich auf Projekten ein.

Your Skillset

• Degree: Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
• Affinity for Information Technology: (mit oder ohne Programmierkenntnissen)
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills, Teamgeist und Lust auf komplexe Aufgaben
• Travel Readiness sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
