Responsibilities
- Provide expert tax advice on mergers and acquisitions.

- Prepare and review tax documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Tax Law, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tax consulting, particularly in M&A.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
