Deloitte is seeking a dedicated and skilled Consultant M&A Transaction Diligence for the Chemistry Business Group. This is a full-time position based in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough transaction diligence for mergers and acquisitions within the Chemistry Business Group.
- Analyze financial, operational, and strategic aspects of potential transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive evaluation and successful deal execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in transaction diligence, preferably within the chemical or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
