Consultant (m/f/d) - Allianz Consulting - Finance Transformation

About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Finance Transformation practice area, located in PUTEAUX, Hauts-de-Seine, France, and support us on a broad range of projects of different scope and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Support finance transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Analyze financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations on financial transformation initiatives, leveraging industry knowledge.
• Assist in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in finance transformation and the insurance industry, gained in consulting or related roles, with a strong track record of successful project support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Demonstrate very good knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful finance transformation.

Nice to Have

• International professional experience.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
