Consultant (m/w/d) | DMS

Your Tasks
- Strategic Support: As the primary point of contact for our existing customers in the field of document management, the focus is on ensuring that DMS solutions (based on DocuWare) run stably, are audit-proof, and actively grow with the company's success.
- Process Optimization in Existing Systems: Existing document and approval processes (e.g., in invoice processing, contract or personnel administration) are analyzed, manual friction points and system changes are identified, and they are converted into continuous digital workflows and automated archiving structures.
- Interface Management & ERP Integration: You coordinate the seamless connection of the DMS to existing ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or to third-party systems via the Power Platform to ensure smooth data exchange.
- Knowledge Hub & Innovation: You act as the central link between customer practice and internal development by directly picking up requirements and driving use cases for intelligent document recognition (OCR/AI).
- Quality Assurance & Support: Complex technical and operational issues are resolved confidently, audit and revision topics are accompanied, and high system availability and satisfaction in the medium-sized business sector are ensured through proactive support.
Your Profile
- Expertise in DMS Environment: Proven experience in consulting, implementation, or support of modern DMS and ECM solutions – ideally with in-depth knowledge of DocuWare – characterizes your profile.
- Passion for Customer Success: As a long-term partner of our existing customers, you take great pleasure in questioning manual paper processes and proactively transforming them into efficient, digital workflows.
- Process Understanding & Workflow Design: You quickly grasp complex business processes (such as invoice approval workflows or digital files) and map digital logic cleanly, finding pragmatic solutions within the standard.
- Interface Expertise: A strong basic understanding of integrating DMS systems into ERP infrastructures (preferably Business Central) is present, and handling modern cloud archives gives you confidence.
- Communication & Consulting Skills: You present yourself confidently to medium-sized business decision-makers, explain technical document processes comprehensibly, and convince with a pronounced hands-on mentality and a high degree of personal responsibility.
