About the Position

Join Civitta – an international company with 750+ colleagues across 20+ countries. We are delivering consulting, digital, funding, and public sector transformation projects across Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, the Caucasus, and other global markets.

We are looking for a Consultant in Collaborative Funding to join our international team and support clients in accessing European funding, developing competitive Horizon Europe proposals, and successfully implementing funded R&I projects. The role combines client advisory, proposal preparation, project administration, and implementation support.

Location: Estonia (Tartu or Tallinn)

Responsibilities

• Support universities, research institutions, and companies in securing Horizon Europe and other EU funding.
• Collaborate with leading researchers and stakeholders throughout the funding cycle.
• Shape projects from start to finish and see your work deliver real impact.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Understanding of EU research and innovation funding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in an international environment.

Salary

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 1900 EUR gross/month to 2500 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
