Responsibilities

The HR Systems Division, with over 100 consultants, is strengthening and expanding its positioning in consulting and research. We are actively looking to expand our offer and team in the consulting and integration of HR Systems solutions. We are looking for experienced SIRH consultants and senior consultants, particularly around Oracle Cloud HCM.

In this role, you will work on projects addressing all HR Systems CoreHR, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruitment, Training issues.

You will identify opportunities and value-creating solutions for large companies and develop them until their operational implementation and deployment.

You will work with our major clients on different types of missions:

Before their HR Systems projects to help them frame their business needs and assist them in choosing solutions,
During the implementation projects of HR Systems solutions as an integrator or in assistance to the project manager.

Requirements

Higher education background (engineering or business school)
3 to 5 years of experience in information systems consulting around HR Systems issues and solutions
Functional and/or technical skills developed on at least one HR Systems solution on the market (particularly Oracle, TalentSoft, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors…) and experience in different types of framing, implementation, and deployment missions within large groups
Comfortable in an international environment and fluent in English
