Deloitte is seeking a Consultant Performance Improvement & Restructuring to join their Value Creation Services team in Germany. This role is pivotal in driving performance improvements and restructuring initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage performance improvement and restructuring projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement efficiency enhancements.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance improvement and restructuring projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
