About the Position
Consultant PMO Senior
Location: Casablanca, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco

Responsibilities
- Structure a robust project and portfolio governance, aligned with business objectives.
- Define key milestones and essential deliverables to ensure QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) control.
- Implement best PMO practices to optimize the execution of ongoing projects.
- Support change within teams, instilling a culture of performance and agility.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO, portfolio management, or project transformation, ideally in complex environments (aviation, energy, or large accounts).
- Advanced proficiency in planning tools (Planisware Orchestra is a plus).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (a major asset).
- Languages: French and English (level C1) – fluent and impactful communication is essential.
