Your Impact

Als Consultant Quantitative Finance / Financial Engineering (m/w/d) nutzt du deine quantitativen Fähigkeiten und entwickelst Lösungsansätze für aktuelle Herausforderungen und Chancen unserer Mandanten an den Finanz- und Energiemärkten.

• Quantitative Modelling: Du entwickelst und verwendest quantitative Modelle für die Bewertung von Finanz- und Energiederivaten, Quantifizierung von Risiken und Optimierung von Portfolios.
• Data Analytics: In einem dynamischen Umfeld analysierst du große Datenmengen und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
• Software Development: Du entwickelst komplexe Softwarelösungen für unsere Mandanten und bist aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer globalen Softwarelösung Deloitte Valuation Analytics beteiligt.
• Financial Expertise: Mit einer breiten Wissensbasis mit finanzwirtschaftlichem Fokus (u.a. Risk Management, Portfolio Management, M&A, Private Equity) lieferst du maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für die Herausforderungen unserer Mandanten.
• Value Creation: Durch Erarbeitung von neuen Ansätzen zur Lösung von Mandantenanforderungen (z.B. im Wachstumsmarkt erneuerbare Energien) schaffst du langfristigen Mehrwert.

Your Skillset

• Degree in einem MINT (Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaft, Technik)- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang mit quantitativem Fokus
• Programming Skills in mindestens einer populären Programmiersprache (z.B. C++, C#, Java, Python, Julia, R, Matlab)
• Interest an finanzmathematischen, technischen und wirtschaftlichen Themen, z.B. stochastische Modellierung, Zeitreihenanalyse, Monte-Carlo-Simulation
• Hands-on-Mentalität und schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung neuer Ideen
• Travel Willingness sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
