About the Position
We are seeking a Consultant to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the success of your project team from the outset. Your responsibilities will include managing a project module, conducting client interviews, preparing and participating in workshops, analyzing data, presenting results, and coordinating the work of junior colleagues.

Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience in consulting, financial services, or a leading multinational company
- Excellent academic record (having graduated an MBA program is a plus)
- Sound business know-how and industry insights
- Structured approach to solving problems
- Exceptional analytical capacity, conceptual abilities, result-orientation, self-motivation, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Commitment to excellence
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Romanian and fluent in English, ideally with an excellent command of another foreign language (German or French preferred)
