Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for:

1. Resolution of Anomalies

• Supporting key users in resolving technical and functional issues.
• Managing interfaces between SAP and other systems (e.g., BPO, Shared Service Centers).
• Analyzing incidents and proposing corrective solutions.

2. Configuration and Continuous Improvement

• Performing periodic maintenance and configuration activities in SAP SD/FI.
• Implementing new billing and Order to Cash flows.
• Participating in the optimization of existing processes.

3. Operational Support

• Assisting the billing department to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborating with Finance, IT, and Business teams (local and central).
• Interacting with Shared Service Centers and BPO referents to harmonize processes.

Requirements

• Education: Bac+ 5 in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years.
• Skills:
  • Proven expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP FI (Finance).
  • Experience in billing and/or Order to Cash (mandatory).
  • Mastery of SAP interfaces and associated business processes.
  • Professional English (mandatory): Frequent exchanges with international teams.
  • French (desirable): For local interactions and documentation.

Soft Skills

• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team (Finance, IT, Business).
• Rigor and autonomy in problem management.
• Analytical mindset and solution orientation.
