Responsibilities

• Transformation Support:

  • Framing and steering transformation programs in credit, payments, customer relationship, savings, or compliance.
  • Analyzing business impacts, defining transformation trajectories, and formulating recommendations tailored to client challenges.

• Operational Performance Improvement:

  • Diagnosing existing processes (front/middle/back-office), redesigning and digitizing journeys, implementing performance indicators.
  • Deploying operational efficiency levers in a logic of simplification and value creation.

• Technological and Digital Transformation:

  • Contributing to IT projects: system urbanization, application trajectories, API integration, core banking migration, financial and commercial management tools.
  • Participating in the design of data-driven solutions and the implementation of data governance devices.

• Complex Project Management:

  • Managing projects using agile methods or V-cycle, coordinating with business, IT, data, and architecture departments.
  • Monitoring delivery, respecting deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.

• Internal Capitalization & Innovation:

  • Contributing to the team's maturity through the formalization of offerings, sectoral monitoring, and improvement of methods and deliverables.

Requirements

• Education: Bac +5 (engineer school, business school, university)

• Experience: 5 to 10 years in a consulting firm or project management in a banking entity

• Double Expertise:

  1. Solid knowledge of retail banking professions (processes, regulations, client and operational challenges)
  2. Mastery of project, IT, and data issues (governance, digital transformation, portfolio management…)

• Framing transformation projects related to banking professions (distribution, credit, payments, compliance and risks, customer relationship, savings, accounting)

• Ideally, you use generative and/or agentic AI daily in your missions and know how to turn new AI opportunities into measurable results. Moreover, you support your clients' AI transformation in one or more of its dimensions: solution choice, organizational evolution, skills development...

• Carrying the issues of operational efficiency, digitalization, customer experience, and deployment strategy

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to animate, sense of teamwork, and client commitment
